They are also extremely responsive, and transparent with pricing. Weighted blanket originally had a chemical smell after I bought it online, so I chose BIG MAMA, and there was no smell afterwards! They picked up my winter jackets from my home, returned to me without any hassle for me especially we are always busy with work.
