Affiliate Programme – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Programme, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Participation in the Programme constitutes your acceptance of all obligations, restrictions, and conditions set out in these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not participate in the Programme.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
We reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke any affiliate application at our discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Referral Tracking

Approved affiliates will be issued a unique referral link or referral code.
Commissions will only be tracked and credited for bookings completed through valid referral links or codes.
Tracking is dependent on our internal systems and third-party platforms. We shall not be responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked commissions due to incorrect usage, system failure, browser settings, cookies, ad blockers, or third-party tracking limitations.

4. Commission, Fraud, and Payments

Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 10% per confirmed booking, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Commissions are only earned on bookings that are completed and fully paid by the referred customer.
No commission will be paid for cancelled, refunded, disputed, or incomplete bookings.
Payment Timing: Approved commissions will be calculated monthly and paid by the 15th day of the following month, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold of $50.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities, including but not limited to:
- Self-booking or using your own referral link for personal purchases
- Manipulating referral tracking systems
- Providing false or misleading referral information

We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected, pending investigation.

5. Marketing and Promotion

Affiliates agree to promote our services in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.

Affiliates may promote their referral links via:

Personal social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
Messaging applications (including WhatsApp and Telegram)
Direct word-of-mouth recommendations to friends and family

Affiliates must not:

Engage in misleading, false, or deceptive marketing practices
Use spam, mass messaging, or unsolicited communications
Make unauthorised claims or representations about our services
Imply endorsement, partnership, or employment beyond participation in the Programme
Promote referral links on websites, blogs, forums, or platforms indexed by search engines (including Google) without prior written approval

We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any promotional content that violates these guidelines.

6. Confidentiality

All non-public information relating to the Programme, including commission rates, performance reports, and internal data, is confidential. Affiliates must not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Commission Review and Disputes

All commission calculations are final unless otherwise determined by us. We reserve the right to review, adjust, or reject commission claims in the event of disputes, system errors, or suspected violations. Any disputes must be raised within a reasonable timeframe as determined by us.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Programme at any time, with immediate effect, if:

These Terms are breached
Fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behaviour is identified
Referral tracking manipulation or system abuse is suspected

Termination or suspension may result in the forfeiture of unpaid or pending commissions.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms, including commission rates and payout schedules, at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
