How to Reload Big Mama Advance Credit?

To reload your credit, you’ll need to sign up for a profile first to create a Big Mama account. Enter your name, phone number, and email address, then click “Sign Up”.
Step 3
You’ll need to verify your phone number and/or email address before you can top up your credit.
Step 4
Once your account is verified, tap “Advance Credit” then tap “+Top up”.
Step 5
Choose your preferred top-up amount: $100, $300 or $500.
Step 6
Select your payment method: Credit/Debit Card, GrabPay or PayNow.
Step 7
Click “Pay”, complete your transaction, and you’re done!
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Customers will have the opportunity to receive cashback by reloading $100, $300, or $500 into their Big Mama Advance Credit account using a credit/debit card, GrabPay, or PayNow.
If you top up $100, you will receive 5% cashback ($5).
If you top up $300, you will receive 8% cashback ($24).
If you top up $500, you will receive 10% cashback ($50).
Prepaid credits will expire 3 years after the last date of transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled immediately and without prior notice.
You need to reload $100, $300, or $500 into your Advance Credit.
The cashback will be credited instantly into your Advance Credit account upon successful top-up.
This could be due to one of the following reasons:
– You did not select one of the available top-up amounts: $100, $300, or $500;
– You did not use an accepted payment method such as PayNow, GrabPay, or a valid credit/debit card.
